Article Processing Charge (APC)

All journals published under Publisher Karya Grafindo Prima Perkasa implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support the editorial process, peer review management, manuscript production, online publication, website maintenance, digital archiving, and open-access dissemination of scholarly articles.

Submission Fee

The journal does not charge any submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of charge through the journal’s online submission system.

Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance for publication. All submitted articles undergo editorial screening and peer-review evaluation based on academic quality, originality, relevance, and compliance with the journal’s standards.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of:

IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per accepted article

The APC is only charged after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and received final acceptance from the Editorial Board.

• Double-blind peer-review management
• Manuscript layout and formatting
• DOI registration and metadata management
• Online hosting and publication
• Digital preservation and indexing support
• Open-access dissemination of published articles

Publication Policy

The publication process will proceed only after the editorial office has verified the APC payment.

Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in delays in publication scheduling.

The journal reserves the right to postpone publication until all administrative requirements have been fulfilled.

Open Access Commitment

All articles published under Publisher Karya Grafindo Prima Perkasa are made freely and permanently accessible online under an open-access publishing model.

The APC supports the sustainability of open-access scholarly publishing and enables unrestricted access to scientific knowledge for readers worldwide without subscription fees.

Waiver and Special Consideration

At present, the journal does not provide a standard APC waiver program. However, in exceptional cases, authors may submit a formal request for special consideration to the editorial office.

Any waiver or reduction request will be evaluated independently by the editorial board and publisher based on specific circumstances and institutional considerations
