All submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely based on:

In accordance with international best practices in scholarly publishing, if advertising policies are ever reconsidered in the future, all advertising content would remain strictly separated from editorial materials.

Any decisions regarding advertising management would be handled independently from the Editorial Board and would not affect:

Editorial independence;
Peer-review integrity;
Publication ethics; or
Scholarly evaluation processes.
