Author Guidelines
- Title
The manuscript title must contain a maximum of sixteen (16) words and must not include the year of the research. The title should clearly reflect the focus, objective, or main findings of the study in a concise and informative manner. Abbreviations, symbols, and uncommon terminology should be avoided whenever possible.
- Abstract
The abstract must be written in a single paragraph following the IMRAD structure as specified in the journal template. It must include:
- Introduction
Provide a brief background of the study, identify the issue or phenomenon being investigated, and state the primary research problem or objective. - Literature Review
Explain the originality or contribution of the study and how it differs from previous research. - Methods
Describe the research approach, methodology, and data collection or analysis techniques used. - Results
Present the main findings of the study followed by a brief interpretation. - Conclusion
Summarize the main conclusions and implications of the study.
References, figures, tables, and undefined abbreviations must not be included in the abstract.
- Keywords
Authors must provide four (4) keywords immediately after the abstract, separated by semicolons.
Format example:
KEYWORDS: Public Administration; Communication; Islamic Studies; Technology
- Manuscript Length
The manuscript must contain between 4,000 and 8,000 words, including all sections of the main text. Manuscripts that do not meet this requirement may be returned for revision before review.
- Manuscript Sections
The manuscript must be structured as follows:
- Introduction
• Method
• Result and Discussion
• Conclusion
Subsections may be added where necessary as long as they remain consistent with the journal template and academic writing standards.
- Template Compliance
Authors must use the official template provided by each journal under Publisher Karya Grafindo Prima Perkasa. Formatting elements such as margins, font type, font size, spacing, and line numbering must not be modified.
Automatic line numbering must be retained for peer-review purposes.
- Language Editing
Manuscripts must meet international academic English standards. Authors are strongly encouraged to conduct professional proofreading prior to submission. Language quality improvement does not guarantee acceptance, as editorial decisions are based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance.
- Language Style
The default language is American English. Consistency in spelling, grammar, terminology, and punctuation is required throughout the manuscript. APA Style 7th Edition is recommended for citations and references.
- Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI tools may be used only for:
- Grammar correction
• Improving readability and clarity
• Assisting with manuscript organization
Strictly prohibited uses include:
- Generating full sections of the manuscript
• Fabricating data, results, or references
• Submitting AI-generated content without verification and disclosure
Any AI use must be disclosed in the manuscript, including tool name, purpose, and section of use. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
Authors remain fully responsible for all content.
- References
A minimum of thirty (30) references is required, with at least 80% from reputable academic journals. Sources should preferably be recent (within 10 years), except for seminal works.
Non-academic sources should be minimized. All references must be accurate and include DOI where available.
- Reference Style
All citations and references must follow APA Style 7th Edition. Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley. The reference list must be arranged alphabetically.
- Submitting Information
Authors must submit manuscripts to the appropriate journal within the publisher’s portfolio, including:

Out-of-scope manuscripts may be rejected at initial screening.
- Open Access and Copyright
All journals are open access under CC BY 4.0. Authors retain copyright while granting the publisher publishing and distribution rights. The license allows reuse with proper attribution.
- Registration and Submission
Authors must register in the journal submission system and use an active email address for all correspondence.
- Authors and Affiliations
Author names must not include academic titles. Full affiliations must include department, institution, city, country, and email address.
One corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*).
Example:

- Author Responsibility
Authors confirm that the manuscript is original, not under review elsewhere, and approved by all co-authors. Authors are fully responsible for ethical compliance, originality, and accuracy of content.
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
