The research was conducted at Global Future Integrated School, West Java, Indonesia, selected due to its active implementation of project-based learning, inquiry-oriented instruction, and technology-integrated curriculum practices. The study involved twelve informants consisting of school leaders, curriculum coordinators, teachers, and students who were purposively selected based on their direct involvement in curriculum innovation programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings revealed that curriculum innovation significantly improved students’ analytical reasoning, creative engagement, collaborative participation, and reflective learning experiences. The study recommends strengthening teacher professional development, competency-based assessment systems, and institutional collaboration to support sustainable curriculum transformation aligned with 21st-century educational demands.
