Journal of Public Administrations Research (JPRA) operates on an open-access model, ensuring free access to all readers and authors. The journal is published by Publisher Karya Grafindo Prima Perkasa.

To cover publication costs, including peer review management, journal production, online hosting, DOI registration, and long-term archiving, the journal implements an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.

 

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

• International authors: USD 25
• Indonesian authors: Rp 500.000

These charges apply to articles accepted from August 2024 onwards.

Authors must confirm their ability to pay the APC at the time of submission.

The APC is billed only after acceptance and does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decisions.

2. APC Waivers

Authors from low-income countries may be exempt from the APC.

Corresponding authors with an h-index of 15 or higher on:

• Scopus
• Web of Science (WoS)

are eligible for an APC waiver.

Reviewers for Journal of Public Administrations Research (JPRA) receive a discount of Rp 50.000 per completed review.

3. Submission Fee

The journal does not charge any submission fee.

All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and peer review based solely on:

• Originality
• Relevance
• Compliance with publication ethics standards
