  1. License to Publish Agreement Submission

Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors are required to complete and submit the License to Publish Agreement.

The completed and signed form must be:

  • Uploaded through the journal OJS system under:
    Production → Discussion
    (File Name: License to Publish Agreement)

Submitted to the Editorial Office through the journal’s official communication channel.

Digital and electronic signatures are accepted.

The production and publication process will proceed only after the Editorial Office verifies receipt of the completed License to Publish Agreement.
