2. License to Publish
By submitting a manuscript to journals published under Publisher Karya Grafindo Prima Perkasa, authors acknowledge and agree that upon acceptance, the journal receives a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and disseminate the work in all forms and media.
Authors retain the right to:
Reuse their work in future publications
Deposit the article in institutional repositories
Share the published article on academic platforms or personal websites
Include the work in books, theses, or educational materials
provided that the original publication in the journal is properly acknowledged and cited.
3. Self-Archiving Policy
Publisher Karya Grafindo Prima Perkasa strongly encourages authors to self-archive both pre-print and post-print versions of their manuscripts in:

All published articles are made immediately and freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription charges or access fees.

5. License to Publish Agreement Submission
Upon manuscript acceptance, authors are required to complete and submit the License to Publish Agreement Form.
The completed form must be:
Uploaded through the journal’s OJS submission system under the designated production discussion section
Submitted to the journal’s official editorial email address
Digital and electronic signatures are accepted.
The publication process will proceed only after the Editorial Office confirms receipt and verification of the completed License to Publish Agreement
